MANY WAYS TO USE IT:

• Because of its mild & buttery flavor it's a perfect "daily olive oil" in the kitchen, use for all your needs in baking, sautéing, frying, marinating, finishing, dipping, vinaigrettes and anywhere else you might need a splash of quality olive oil. 
• Dip with a rustic French Baguette, and our Traditional Balsamic Vinegar with Sea Salt and fresh cracked Black Pepper.
• As a base in a vinaigrette with our Thick White Balsamic Vinegar for an eye-pleasing salad.
• Drizzle over bread with fresh garlic and sea salt to make garlic bread, or morning toast to replace butter.

Every year we taste dozens of olive oils, some for fun, some for education and some of which we consider for our own line of products.  A lot of work goes into tasting for our team, and there is always a very small handful of those oils that really stand out.  This Australian Arbequina is one of them.
