Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil (robust & herbaceous)
Olive - Koroneiki, a famous Greek varietal, very small compared to other olives. This variety is known for it's more robust characteristics, and high polyphenol counts. It's also one of the highest yielding olives, producing up to 48 gallons/ton in some cases. It's typically planted in Super High Density (SHD) here in California, and is mechanically harvested.
