Foxy packs a punch! Each year our EVOO’s are sent through testing procedures. One of these tests counts the polyphenols within the oil (read more about polyphenols here). After all the testing is complete our Foxy of the year is revealed. Our Foxy will always be our highest and most potent polyphenol oil.
