Roasted Garlic Pumpkin Seeds

Happy Halloween from us here at Wild Groves! To be extra festive, we’re snacking on these homemade Roasted Garlic Pumpkin Seeds. These are crunchy, salty, and downright addicting....and they keep the vampires away too. Any of our flavored salts or oils can be used in this recipe, so get creative in the kitchen with this healthy snack! We also recommend using the Jalapeño sea salt paired with our Garlic Jalapeño Olive Oil for a spicy version. 

Roasted Garlic Pumpkin Seeds Recipe:

  • Seeds from 1 large pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp Wild Groves Olive Oil of choice
  • 1 tsp Wild Groves Roasted Garlic Sea Salt 

Instructions:

First, preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Then, separate the pumpkin pulp from your pumpkin seeds and dry the seeds off with a paper towel. Place the seeds in a medium-sized bowl with the olive oil and sea salt. Mix to combine. Spread the seeds out on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
