Kalamata EVOO is one of our limited edition varietals this year! This olive is a well known Greek varietal, and we grow it here in Northern California. Traditionally enjoyed as a table olive, the Kalamata makes a rich and beautifully robust oil, perfect for those who love bold EVOOs.
Kalamata is a more robust oil with deep, rich olive flavors holding notes of green almond and green grape finishing strong with medium bitterness and a peppery kick.

Kalamata shines in Mediterranean inspired dishes. Try it with grilled lamb, roasted eggplant, and greek salads. Use it as a finisher over warm soup, fresh hummus, warm pasta, or even use it for dipping bread with a sprinkle of salt and a crack of black pepper!
Kalamata pairs well with our Fig, Pomegranate, and Traditional Balsamic Vinegars. You can also try pairing it with our Toasted Garlic or Rosemary Olive Oils for a savory combo.
