Picual EVOO is one of our limited edition varietals this year! This is a powerful oil with perfectly balanced flavors. It is both rich and fruity, with a bitter and peppery finish.
Robust and fruity, with apple, green grape and ripe olive flavors, finishing with a green herbaceous kick. As big as this oil is, it's perfectly balanced, with rich fruity flavors, pungency (peppery burn on the throat) and bitterness.

Harvest Date: November 2024 by mechanical harvester
With its fresh and bold flavors Picual is a powerhouse in the kitchen! Try it over pasta or fresh greens with a sprinkle of salt and a crack of black pepper, in a marinade for fish or poultry, or even over a baked potato with fresh minced garlic.
We love to pair Picual with Traditional Balsamic, or even level up and try it with Bing Red Cherry Balsamic, or even with a few of our white balsamics like Lemon or Rosé
