Made in Modena, Italy, it’s a well-balanced vinegar with notes of ripe stone fruit, delicate florals, and a gentle acidity that finishes clean.
A sophisticated choice for summer salads, fruit-forward dishes, and bright vinaigrettes. Drizzle over grilled peaches, pair with soft cheeses like burrata or chèvre, or splash into sparkling cocktails or spritzers. It’s also lovely with seafood, chicken, and citrus-glazed vegetables.
Pairs wonderfully with Basil, Meyer Lemon, and Crushed Mandarin Olive Oils. For something unexpected and elegant, try it with Vanilla or Rosemary EVOO. And of course it is always a good option to reach for one of our classic EVOOs
