From the traditional heart of Balsamic, our vinegars are imported from Modena Italy. Our Traditional Balsamic is our thickest, richest, and most complex vinegar with flavors of toasted caramel, ripe grapes, and red currants.
Our Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar is well loved in the Wild Groves family. There are so many ways to incorporate it into meals! Try it drizzled over roasted veggies, in a marinade for steak or poultry, swirled over pasta, or even as a component on your charcuterie boards!
We love to pair Traditional Balsamic with ALL of our EVOOs! However, the sky is the limit with this one, it makes a perfect companion to all of our flavored oils too! Now, if you made us choose, we would say that Ascolano EVOO and Traditional is a must try pairing.
