Don’t let my name fool you. I’m pretty peppery, just a tad bitter and I’ve got a little bit of a kick, but I’m actually a pretty smooth talker. In fact, I’m so smooth, I even convinced important olive oil tasting judges to name me the Best EVOO in California. Not to brag, but I’m also punchy in the polyphenols, saving your body from free radicals. Dip me and drizzle me and then add some salt.
