Olive Blend - This unique and very special blend of EVOO is made with four big heavy hitters when it comes to robust olive oils, that packs a punch. This oil is one of our highest in polyphenols, technically making it one of the most healthy we produce. Polyphenols are antioxidants that attack bad "free radicals" in our bodies, ultimately helping us live longer. EVOO's high in polyphenols have also been shown to have anti-inflammatory benefits when consumed regularly. All four olive varieties come from the Northern CA area, north of Sacramento.
Uses - This EVOO is one you want to enjoy the flavor, so it's best used as a finishing oil, or on its own to dip bread.
