The Robust Blend is our most complex EVOO. This oil is well balanced with bold, fresh, rich and fruity flavors. We like to think of this EVOO as you would a bold Cabernet.
Robust and fruity, with apple, apricot, peach flavors & a big green herbaceous kick that includes fresh flavors of kiwi. As big as this oil is, it's well balanced, with its rich fruity flavors, pungency (peppery burn on the throat) and bitterness.

The Robust Blend is a beautiful finishing oil with its fresh and bold flavors. We recommend using this blend on its own in a fresh green salad with cracked pepper and sea salt, blended into a vinaigrette, drizzled over pasta with sea salt, over freshly steamed veggies, or our favorite - dip with a fresh baguette!
The Robust Blend pairs beautifully with our dark balsamic vinegars, some of our favorite pairings include Traditional, Fig, Pomegranate, and Satsuma Mandarin.
