Why the Delay?
This summer brought plenty of heat, and while the warm weather can be great for growing olives, it actually slowed down the maturity of the fruit. The high temperatures caused a bit of a delay, but with the cooler nights we’ve been having lately, the olives are finally on the verge of ripening. This means we’ll be able to start the harvest soon and get our prized Olio Nuovo into your hands.

What Makes Olio Nuovo Special?
Olio Nuovo is the first olive oil of the harvest season, and it’s as fresh as it gets. Known for its vibrant flavor and rich, green hue, this oil is a true taste of the season’s first fruits. There’s simply nothing like it!
