Instructions

Crispy Oven Roasted Potato Wedges

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges, about 8 per potato. Aim for wedges that are less than ½-inch thick on the widest side. If your potatoes are larger, cut the larger wedges in half again.

  3. Pat the potato wedges dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture—this helps them crisp up beautifully.

  4. Place the potatoes in a large bowl and toss with the Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil until evenly coated.

  5. In a small bowl, combine the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Sprinkle over the potatoes and toss until every wedge is well coated.

  6. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one whenever possible.

  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip each wedge with tongs or a spatula. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown with crispy edges and are fork-tender.

  8. For an additional salty flair sprinkle the hot potato wedges with a bit of our Roasted Garlic Sea Salt fresh out of the oven!

Burger Meat

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the olive oil and swirl it evenly on the bottom of the pan then, add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart into small crumbles with a wooden spoon.

  3. Once the beef begins to brown, stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Sweet Toasted Garlic Mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

  4. Continue cooking until the beef is fully browned and no longer pink, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess grease if needed.

Assembly

  1. Evenly distribute the meat over the potato wedges

  2. Top with a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese

  3. Pop back into the oven for 2-3 minutes to fully melt the cheese

  4. Add all desired toppings and enjoy!
