Instructions
Crispy Oven Roasted Potato Wedges
-
Preheat your oven to 450°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
Cut the potatoes into wedges, about 8 per potato. Aim for wedges that are less than ½-inch thick on the widest side. If your potatoes are larger, cut the larger wedges in half again.
-
Pat the potato wedges dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture—this helps them crisp up beautifully.
-
Place the potatoes in a large bowl and toss with the Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil until evenly coated.
-
In a small bowl, combine the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Sprinkle over the potatoes and toss until every wedge is well coated.
-
Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one whenever possible.
-
Bake for 15 minutes, then flip each wedge with tongs or a spatula. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown with crispy edges and are fork-tender.
-
For an additional salty flair sprinkle the hot potato wedges with a bit of our Roasted Garlic Sea Salt fresh out of the oven!Â
Burger MeatÂ
-
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
-
Add the olive oil and swirl it evenly on the bottom of the pan then, add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart into small crumbles with a wooden spoon.
-
Once the beef begins to brown, stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Sweet Toasted Garlic Mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
-
Continue cooking until the beef is fully browned and no longer pink, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess grease if needed.
Assembly Â
-
Evenly distribute the meat over the potato wedgesÂ
-
Top with a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese
-
Pop back into the oven for 2-3 minutes to fully melt the cheeseÂ
-
Add all desired toppings and enjoy!
