Ingredients:

1 bunch asparagus
- 1 package bacon
- 3 tbsp Wild Groves Robust Blend EVOO

1 tsp black pepper
Directions:Â
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Rinse the asparagus and pat dry. To find the natural tender point, gently bend each spear until it snaps, then discard the woody ends.Â
- Toss the asparagus in the olive oil and season with black pepper.Â
- Slice the bacon strips in half lengthwise for a better bacon to asparagus ratio. Starting at the top of the spear, wrap the bacon at a slight angle to secure it, then continue spiraling it down the length of the asparagus. Repeat until all spears are wrapped.Â
- Place the wrapped asparagus on a wire rack set over a foil lined baking sheet.Â
- Bake for 30 minutes. For extra crispiness, finish under the broiler for a few minutes until the bacon is golden and crisp.Â
*Optional - For an even crispier texture, you can partially cook the bacon beforehand, let it cool, and then wrap the asparagus before baking.Â
