Simple Ingredients, Elevated by Quality.
Ingredients:
- Pasta of choice (our favorite is our Lemon & Pepper Linguine)
- Extra virgin olive oil (we love using Coratina!)
- Sea salt
- Cherry tomatoes (optional)
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain well.
- Return the pasta to the pot and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, tossing gently to coat to your desired amount.
- Transfer to a serving dish and finish with a sprinkle of sea salt, cherry tomatoes, and chopped parsley.
