Olive Oil Bread Dip
Ever felt like your dipping game has become stale? Not with this recipe. Two great renditions made with with fresh herbs, or if you only have dry on hand that works great too!
If using fresh herbs:
- 1 Tablespoon fresh Basil chopped
- 1 Teaspoon fresh Oregano chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon fresh Thyme chopped finely
- 1/4 Teaspoon fresh Rosemary chopped finely
- 1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- 1 Cup Wild Grove’s Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon freshly squeezed Lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
Instructions:
Pour Wild Groves’s Arbequina Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a bowl. Add in the rest of the spices and herbs, garlic, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese. Give it a good stir and serve with crusty bread.

If using dried spices:
- 1/2 Tablespoon Dried Basil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Prepare by combining ingredients as specified above in directions.
