Simple Roasted Acorn Squash Recipe:
- 1 acorn squash, halved and deseeded
- Wild Groves Extra Virgin Olive Oil (to brush the squash)
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. cut your acorn squash in half, lengthwise, and remove all of the seeds. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, until tender and golden brown.
