Shoot for the Moon Sparkling Lemonade
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 1 1/2 Cups of fresh Lemon juice (Approximately 6 Lemons)
  • 1/2 Cup fresh Mint leaves
  • 1/2-2/3 Cup Bourbon (depending on your taste)
  • 6 Cups Ginger Ale
  • Additional Lemon Slices for garnish
  • A splash of Wild Groves’ Shoot for the Moon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Wild Groves’ Himalayan Pink Sea Salt for the rim of the glass.
Instructions:
1. In a pitcher combine granulated sugar and water that has been heated on the stove top. Stir until combined, and the sugar dissolves into the water and mixture is clear.
2. Add lemon juice, mint leaves, Bourbon, and ginger ale. Stir until combined.
3. Pour Wild Groves’ Himalayan Pink Sea Salt onto a plate. Use a lemon wedge to trace the rim of the cup. Gently roll and pat into the salt. Then place the glass in the freezer to chill.
4. Grab chilled glass from the freezer and fill generously with ice. Fill the glass with Wild Groves’ Shoot for the Moon Sparkling Lemonade, and garnish with a lemon slice.
