Wild Groves Mandarin Orange Salsa

Wild Groves’ Mandarin Orange Salsa
  • 1 Cup seedless Mandarin oranges peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 Tablespoon finely chopped Jalapeño
  • 2 Teaspoons freshly chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Teaspoon Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Wild Groves’ Arbequina Blend Virgin Olive Oil
  • Wild Groves’ Himalayan Pink Sea Salt to taste
Prep all the ingredients by chopping them down. In a medium bowl add mandarins, jalapeño, cilantro, rice wine vinegar, fresh lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Mix until combined and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
This salsa is perfect over poultry, served a top fish. Served with chips, the options are endless.
