Wild Groves’ Mandarin Orange Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup seedless Mandarin oranges peeled and chopped
- 1/2 Tablespoon finely chopped Jalapeño
- 2 Teaspoons freshly chopped Cilantro
- 1 Teaspoon Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon fresh Lime Juice
- 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/4 Teaspoon Wild Groves’ Arbequina Blend Virgin Olive Oil
- Wild Groves’ Himalayan Pink Sea Salt to taste
Instructions:
Prep all the ingredients by chopping them down. In a medium bowl add mandarins, jalapeño, cilantro, rice wine vinegar, fresh lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Mix until combined and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
