Oven Baked Salmon

Oven Baked Salmon

Perfectly flaky salmon with a crisp, golden finish! 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 tbsp Wild Groves Kitchen Blend EVOO
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets 

Directions:

  1. In a medium glass bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley to create the marinade. 
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a glass dish and pour the marinade over the top, turning to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour, turning occasionally. 
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  4. Transfer the marinated salmon fillets onto sheets of aluminum foil, spooning any remaining marinade over the top. Seal the foil tightly around each fillet and place them in a rimmed glass baking dish. 
  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the salmon is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
