Perfectly flaky salmon with a crisp, golden finish!
Ingredients:

2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 tbsp Wild Groves Kitchen Blend EVOO
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp Himalayan pink sea salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
Directions:
- In a medium glass bowl, whisk together the garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley to create the marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets in a glass dish and pour the marinade over the top, turning to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Transfer the marinated salmon fillets onto sheets of aluminum foil, spooning any remaining marinade over the top. Seal the foil tightly around each fillet and place them in a rimmed glass baking dish.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the salmon is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
