Oil and Vinegar Slaw
How to make Classic Cole Slaw
  • 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons of Wild Groves’ Arbequina Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Head of Cabbage
  • 1/4 Head of Purple Cabbage
  • 4 Medium Carrots
  • 1 Teaspoon Wild Groves’ Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
In a separate bowl mix together vinegar, sugar, and olive oil. To the cabbage you will add the purple cabbage, carrots, and dressing. Toss with fingers to combine. Add seasoning and adjust to your liking. Let stand for 20 minutes. Re-toss and serve.
This recipe is great on BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches. A top of Brooklyn Chili Burgers, or wherever else you might need a little coleslaw in your life.
